Together with GMS Software Manufaktur, we dealt with the subject of “full digitization” and contactless check-in / check-out, etc. In the Aparthotel Hutter you have the advantage of handling (almost) everything contactlessly:

  • You will receive an email before arrival, where you can send us your details for the electronic registration form in advance.
  • Upon arrival you will only receive your disinfected key and you can move into your apartment immediately.
  • If you wish, you can also have your breakfast box delivered to your apartment.
  • You have the opportunity to use our wellness area privately! We offer you a “Private Spa” for 2 hours (€ 120 per family) or 4 hours. (€ 180 per family). Bookable the day before. The sauna is of course disinfected after each family.
  • Check-out is also contactless and fully digitized: you will receive your invoice by email the day before departure and can easily pay it by credit card or PayPal.
  • Online ticket purchase of ski passes – order contactless and time-independent & without waiting for the slopes! Ski schools and ski rentals can also be booked online.

Despite this “full digitization” we are of course always there for you and look forward to a personal conversation!

Mobile test station

This winter there is a mobile “Corona test station” at Katschberg, which can carry out all forms of Covid-19 testing. You will receive your result in approx. 24 hours. Registration at the reception possible, billing is done directly in the container with a card.

Costs for a PCR test € 85.00 per person
an antigen test costs € 29.00 per person

Cancellations

We currently accept free cancellations up to 1 day before arrival from guests who cannot arrive due to official travel restrictions at the time of the planned arrival (e.g. travel bans, border closures, travel warnings, air traffic discontinued) and this at the time of the cancellation as safe or very likely applies.

If arrival is not possible due to a personal illness, please clarify with any travel insurance you may have taken out (included with some credit cards) whether this will cover the cancellation fee, we will charge you the cancellation fee.

These conditions only apply if you book directly with us.
