Every Tuesday and Saturday until 10 p.m. On a 1,5 km long floodlit hill down into the valley. Refreshment and toboggan rental at the Gamskogelhütte.
The ascent to the Gamskogelhütte takes about 40 minutes from the center of Katschberg.
A hearty tobogganing party is a must in your winter holiday at the Katschberg. The 1,5 km long toboggan run from the Gamskogelhütte is an absolute must for all Katschberg holidaymakers. The toboggan run is open daily during the daytime with suitable weather. Every Tuesday and Saturday the entire toboggan run is also illuminated for night togogganing from 17.00 to 23.00.
Access point: approx. 150 m after Pizzeria Stamperl in the direction of Pritzhütte you will find the toboggan run on the left-hand side. The walking time to Gamskogelhütte (1.5 km/200 metre difference in altitude) is approx. 45 minutes. In the weekly programm you will also find guided torchilght hikes and snowshoe hikes in combination with tobogganing.

NIGHT TOBOGGANING/MOONLIGHT TOBOGGANING
In winter the Gamskogelhütte is open on Tuesday and Saturday also in the evening until about 24.00 hrs.
Spoil yourself with homemade Sperrips, fondue (on pre-registration) and many other delicacies. The toboggan run is open from 17:00 to 22:00. In the weekly program you will also find guided torch and snowshoe hikes in combination with tobogganing.
