safety package:
When cancelling your vacation (without the „safety package“) until 2 weeks before arrival we retain the prepayment. This amount of the prepayment you can use for another vacation in our hotel within a year. After one year the prepayment derelicts. When cancelling your vacation lower than 2 weeks before arrival 80% of the total amount for your vacation will be invoiced, if you don’t have the „safety package“. We recommend to book the „safety package“ – with this insurance you will only have a retained amount on 20% of the total amount.
Premature departure/delayed arrival: In this case we have to invoice the total amount of your vacation.
arrival: The apartments are ready for you at 3 pm at the latest.
departure: Check-out before 11 am.
animals: Euro 12,00 per day (without food)
single rooms will be charged with 20% surcharge.
